Here is the response regarding my two requests for United Miles

I am starting to agree. I have had a request in for months for UAL miles. Yet the last couple of bigger special surveys qualified for $5 certs. I picked McDonalds and received them within weeks. Why they keep options that they can not seem to take care off is stupid since it just keeps getting them worse rep.

Does anyone know where this company is located? Perhaps we could get together and instigate some legal action. I know the # of points are minimal, but companies like this should not be allowed to get away with this kind of misrepresentation. They got a lot of information from us that they can sell and gave us nothing that had been promised in return.

I sent them my 2nd e-mail - still waiting for my $5 Blockbuster card. I asked them if they don't have it, to tell me what they do have so I can redeem my points (I put in the request back in early July). Still waiting for a response...
