You may well be right - seeing as I've been waiting almost 5 months for an ARCO gas card from them.

I am starting to agree. I have had a request in for months for UAL miles. Yet the last couple of bigger special surveys qualified for $5 certs. I picked McDonalds and received them within weeks. Why they keep options that they can not seem to take care off is stupid since it just keeps getting them worse rep.

Glad I am not alone. I have been waiting for UA miles for over 3 months. I think they should at least inform me that they currently cannot offer UA miles. Their prize listing is totally misleading in this respect.

Does anyone know where this company is located? Perhaps we could get together and instigate some legal action. I know the # of points are minimal, but companies like this should not be allowed to get away with this kind of misrepresentation. They got a lot of information from us that they can sell and gave us nothing that had been promised in return.

I gave up on Epoll a long time ago. It just wasn't worth the time to fill out all the surveys for the small benefit. And now it turns out to be no benefit!

I went ahead and had the points deposited -

Besides Mc DOnalds - any one else received anything of value

After an incredibly long time, I received a gift cert for Jamba Juice.

Thanks for the link. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I urge everyone else to do so - just as a matter of principle. It takes only a couple of minutes.

They - Just Redeposited my Points from my two mileage requests - Ordered McD's certs for a total of $ 10.00 - Let's see if they show up -

So, still NOBODY has received any UA miles from these knuckleheads?

I sent them my 2nd e-mail - still waiting for my $5 Blockbuster card. I asked them if they don't have it, to tell me what they do have so I can redeem my points (I put in the request back in early July). Still waiting for a response...
