How far do you have to go to reach 25,000 points (minimum cashout gives you an airline ticket up to $100)? And how long will it take you to get there at 25 points a day?

Plus, when you finally reach your "goal" and redeem your points, FreeAirMiles then won't honor your request. They'll come up with a lame excuse for not issuing your ticket or heck, they may even change their "mileage policy" again. My advice- go to www.ago.state.mo.us and file a complaint with them. There is already one complaint there and I know of two others (counting mine) that is following suit.
Good Luck.

Hi everyone!
Bigeyes1's advice is good for those who had enough miles for redemption, attempted to redeem their miles and got nothing. If you did not attempt to redeem your miles, you will not be considered defrauded. Sadly, FAM-SPAM indeed can change redemption schedule at any time. BUT, if you do belong to the first group, please don't wait, file the complaint through Missouri Attorney General's Office (begeyes1 listed the website), or contact me at [email protected]. The more people we get in the better.
Let's either get what we worked for or take the FAM-SPAM down!

I believe Brad Cohen, the freeairmiles VP is the same Brad Cohen in this article (nine paragraphs down).
http://www.theprescription.com/articles01/112501s.shtml
"Brad Cohen of Vail, Colorado, pleaded guilty to a reduced misdemeanor charge after stiffing all the clients of Costa Rica-based Real Casino. Another company purchased the customer list but failed to pay any of the Real Casino customers monies owed, including post up. Real Casino no longer exists, not even in a reincarnated version. Brad Cohen, who is not related to Jay Cohen, is the 29-year old Marketing school graduate son of a prominent Kansas City real estate agent, Roger Cohen. The father runs one of that city's largest real estate agencies, Cohen-Esrey Real Estate Services Inc.. Informaci Real, a fancy Spanish pronunciation of Real Casino, operated in San Jose, Costa Rica since 1996 back during the pioneer days of that Central American country's gaming birth, though Cohen never lived there, instead opting to run the marketing arm of his company from Vail. Revenues at Real grew at a 3% rate according to Cohen prior to his indictment. At the time of Real Casino's closure, the company is believed to have had some 4000 clients pass through their virtual doors.
Talk about "Times they are a changin'" - Cohen's book started off by paying clients on a once a month schedule. He claims they never dealt credit and his operation was 100% legal. Another sad chapter in the world of offshore gaming. Brad Cohen apparently still resides in Vail, his last known address, where he lives high off the hog...squandering away monies derived from player's accounts. Global Intertainment, the company that purchased Netbetz out of Dominica (later becoming Cyberbetz), only purchased the customer list from Cohen for another high dollar amount."

As I have stated earlier, I have given my complaint to Attorney General of Missouri. I have finally received a letter from them acknowledging my complaint against FreeAirMiles.com. I'm suppose to "be patient and allow a minimum of 30 days for them to obtain a response from FreeAirMiles.com."
What am I trying to get from them? Well, Kara Maestro promised me back in April she would credit the account 10,000 fam. That never happened.
Since I ended up using 5,000 ff miles for this original ticket (that they were suppose to have given me in the first place), I am requesting for FreeAirMiles to redeem the cost of the ticket- which was (at that time) $135.25. I told Attorney General of Missouri- "I want no more and no less."
I'm still fighting this. I hope there are others who are doing the same. Maybe we can make a difference. It certainly doesn't hurt to try.
