The "MAX" Thread

The "Where's Max" thread is a great topic! I use it every day and it has saved me quite a bit of time looking for Max. Chances are I wouldn't even bother looking on a daily basis.

BUT - can we try to only list when & where he shows up & then when he's gone? While it's nice to know that he's still there it would even be nicer not to click on a very long thread only to find out that it's status quo.

Only a suggestion......

Mary

I also like the updates. It gives me an idea of when it was last checked. I also don't see how it takes much more time to load as long as you click on the most recent page. I also think some of the commentary and idea of time length helps the newer members to learn about how it works. The posts also keeps it at the top of SPAM which makes it stand out when active. IMHO

Dingo, I think you have made our point. Without the updates we might think that you had potentially changed your mind.

Go big red! Any chance at the Skers starting someone other than Lord at QB this year?

Probably not until a screw up. Nothing against Lord but he was a backup for too long. He has even said that it was very tough for him to be focused and push himself when he knew there was no way he could start. He says things are different now, but 3 years making mistakes will be hard to break I think. We have some very competitive people chasing his spot, so by midseason who knows?

I'll be back for the ASU game I was hoping he'd already be benched in favor of the kid from the NC area (Dukes I believe). Easier to take a down year if you've got a young QB in there than a grisled bench warmer.
