milesource redemption

I'm cashing in for a $100 gift certificate thru Milesource for the first time. Got email from them saying order being processed on Feb 11. Haven't heard from them since. Does it usually take this long for them to get back to you? Thanks.

It makes no sense, but yes, it can take two weeks before they process it and send you your super certificate.

Stay on top of them.

Just wondering, did you get your certifs yet? I'm about to reach 6,000 miles (within a day) and want to cash out for $50 super certificate, but am really afraid of losing it all if giftcertificates.com goes under! I even emailed milesource but of course was ignored.

Milesource can take anywhere from two weeks to 4 months. Well 4 months was an exception in the latter half of last year. However since December they seem to be on the ball and have received redemptions 2-3 Weeks after cashing in. If you don't get anything after 4 weeks I would email Milesource, the company who the redemption is coming from and even fax milesource, their fax number is listed in company information. I went through all of these routes when my redemptions took 4 months.

I did a redeptiom just over a month ago still don't have the super certificate. I emailed them about a week ago and they said 2 to 4 weeks, which we passed over the weekend. Time to email again and wait days for a reply.

Not ignored!

Thanks for your email. Please note that giftcertificates.com is not going out of business. We've already contacted their company, and they have assured us that they will be in business.

We sincerely appreciate your email regarding concerns on our redemption partner.

Sounds good...
