fyi, i emailed hilton at "[email protected]" and informed them that my Mypoints had not transferred in a reasonable amount of time and they CREDITED me all of the points i had coming and took it upon themselves to contact Mypoints and straighten things out for me. awesome service!

I never use E-mail for MY POINTS. I always call 1-888-262-4258, customer service has always been able to handle the problem
