I thought the Hertz certificate was more like a gift certificate and wouldn't really have any conditions. Anyone know differently?

I exchanged $50 for 3000 HH points and they appeared almost immediately in my HH account, not 72 hours.

John Cogley: so they do not send a coupon, but they post the miles directly to the HH Account. This is important for me to know, because at the moment I have no mailing address in the US. Thanx

I would concur with Mr. Cogley, as my eRewards transfer to Hilton was completed within 18 hours of the request. It's all done electronically, and is very simple.

In roughly 10 months I have about $60 - once I received a $25 survey. I redeemed $50 for a Hertz $50 certificate. It is a gift certificate which can be used for free rentals, unlike the other coupons floating around which offer a discount only. I think it is valid for a year.

ontheroad,
Care to share the source of "the word" so we can evaluate its veracity? Thanks.

If e-Rewards is going out of business, who will get all the information they collected - their profile on each member must be pretty significant ! More data for double-click?

I too never got the $25, nor did my wife!

However, I tend to agree with PG and have accumulated about $75 but have also yet to ever redeem anything!

Ontheroad is on the money. F****dcompany states that they have fired their technical staff. Guess my $15.70 will have to die.

What I wonder is how you got that much to start with! I got into it when it was new and got a $5 credit (they didn't give me the choice of signup options they were supposed to) and I'm still only at $29.

I haven't seen any of the recent emails people are mentioning either.

My experience mirrors Kremmen's. I wonder if you receive more frequent/lucrative e-mails if you accept one of their offers every so often?

I have not accepted any offers other than surveys and I have almost 60.00 in my acct.
The last survey I did was for 5.00 in eRewards.

I do answer each email they send me.

My wife joined at the same time and has only 17.00 in her acct. so they might send based on your profile
