Trouble with Clickrewards redemption

I signed up with Clickrewards through the TWA offer and completed a survey. Now I have 850 points and I want to transfer them to AA. But everytime I try to redeem these points I end up in an endless cycle- I access my account, click on redeem, enter the # of miles that I want to redeem, they ask me to enter my email and password again, fill out # of miles, enter email and password...

What am I doing wrong?

Did you turn off cookies, or are you working behind a concrete firewall?

I didn't turn off cookies. Do you mean that turning them off might BE the problem, or that it may SOLVE the problem?

I don't think I'm working behind a "concrete firewall" but i don't relly know.

I have the same problem when I browse most websites because my firewall is in the supersafe mode which turns off all cookies, ActiveX, Java, etc.

So, to be able to surf sites like ClickRewards (when I claim stuff), I momentarily shut down my firewall, and the site goes through. I just claimed 850 miles from ClickRewards.

Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, I can't help with the technical issues, since I haven't experienced them. What I HAVE experienced, though, is their customer service...some of the best in the online world.

The number is 415-836-7900...6AM-6PM Pacific. They'll take good care of you.

flaco,

Go to your public library and log on to ClickRewards from there. If it works, you'll know the problem is with your computer.
