Yes, I encountered this today for the first time - yesterday it was daily! Oh well, seems like all the good offers are disappearing these days :-(

Now the points are available only once 'every 365 days'. 
If you haven't done it at all yet, you can still get 100 points for registering @ the web site, making an evaluation, and referring one other person.
