Nextcard problems
Has anyone not gotten credited with their points for Dec. It has been 4 months now and I have sent 6 emails all stating that they will be awarded within the next 5-7 days, yet no points. On top of all this they changed the points for all awards and eliminated several. They told me that I got an email yet, I know I did not and now they have stopped answering my emails. I am about to contact the Attorney General so any help anyone else may have would be appreciated (positive or negative). Thanks

I signed up for the MyPoints NextCard in February. Although I received the 500-point sign-up bonus immediately (so I know they have my correct email address), I have not received any of the points I earned from purchases through the first two statements.
I, too, sent an email (and called) without success. I encourage your efforts with the Attorney General. You might want to post your message in the "VISA/MasterCard" section.
