Another option is to tell them that those two items were broken when they arrived. They will ask you to dispose them off as you wish and give you a credit for them.

Wouldnt that be WRONG to tell them an item was broken when it was not? Also, if they already got your submission minus the UPC Code... wouldnt that tell them that you got the item?
Besides, they tell you to keep copies in case anything happens.
I actually find them to be very accomodating with any problems...
