Please Help with Cyberrebates

About a year ago, they insisted I did not send the UPC, and wanted copy. I told them I didn't make copy and was sure the UPC was included. They gave me credit anyway. Good luck http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif and keep trying.

Another option is to tell them that those two items were broken when they arrived. They will ask you to dispose them off as you wish and give you a credit for them.
Happened with me but in my case the item was actually broken. |
Wouldnt that be WRONG to tell them an item was broken when it was not? Also, if they already got your submission minus the UPC Code... wouldnt that tell them that you got the item?
Besides, they tell you to keep copies in case anything happens. I actually find them to be very accomodating with any problems... William |
