I highly recommend the S & H Greenpoints.com site for ease in earning points to "cash" in for miles. If you shop on the Internet, I've found the points add up quickly, plus they offer surveys to take every so often, which is an easy way to earn points.

I've cashed in enough points to obtain 2,000 AA miles, and I was suprised how quickly I received my certificates from Greenpoints.com! They now send out "receipts" like ClickRewards when you purchase through the website. I hope they will add a feature like the Account Information ClickRewards offers.

I like the site too. The only problem is that the receipts are inaccurate. The amount spent has been wrong, and even though orders (for sparks.com) were done during the St. Patricks promo at 30 pts per $1, they came through at 20 ( and for $10 instad of $30)_ Quite a shortfall and it happened on about 4 orders (all with sparks.com). I e-mailed, but they are slow with e-mail responses. So I called, and I'm hoping it will get straightened out. Also asked to be credited for the difference between the new price of an award of 2500 rather than 2700 since I haven't been sent my AA certs. They seemed receptive but we'll see if the points show up or if I will have to call again.

Easy? What's the procedure to get FF miles into your FF account. The idea of certificates sounds uneasy.

GreenPoints is generally good, but obviously underestimated the demand for AA certs. I don't know about DL certs, but hope that they have enough in stock.

An "error" happened to me also when I shopped with Sparks.com: instead of crediting me with the actual amount spent, they credited me with the amount of the bonus certificate also. Of course, I won't complain about it.

I have the problem with Sparks.com: instead of crediting me with 200 clickmiles, they credited me with 100. I have to call them to fix that.

I want to have the new price for the certs also, unfortunately my DL certs arrived long ago.

yeelam - now why is it that you won't complain about it. The difference in points in my case is quite substanial - like getting 200 instead of 900. And it happened about 4 times. I called them. E-mail doesn't seem to work. I e-mailed clickrewards, and so far that have added 100 miles correcting 1 error. We'll see if they do the other 3, or if that will take a call. Clickrewards seems to be pretty responsive.

Yes, it seems Greenpoints may have underestimated the response for AA Certificates. Sergio - What you have to do is order the AA certificates from the Greenpoints website. The certs are then mailed to you by US Post. Once you receive them, you have to then send them in to American Airlines. I agree that this isn't the simplest procedure. ClickRewards is far easier.

I have recommended several times to Greenpoints that they add the Account feature to their website like ClickRewards has. That way you can easily see what points have been credited, how many and when. I hope they will add this feature. At least they now send out receipts.

I'm still pleased with how easy it is to rack up points, but I do agree that ClickRewards is easier. I'm willing to let Greenpoints go through the growing pains.

In my case, greenpoints counted the $20 bonus gift cert as a normal purchase, and credited me with an extra 400 points. But I did not pay for the bonus gift cert, because the stuff I bought from sparks was over $25.

yeelam- I misunderstood what you had said. Since they overpaid you, I now know why you won't complain.

Greenpoints does show you the account history. If you click on the account tab on the left and then click on your email address, you will see it. All I have is surveys, but it looks pretty complete to me.

AA Certificates were received by Greenpoints on 4/6 and are scheduled to begin shipping on 4/11.

The have never taken longer than 1 business day to respond to an email request for information which is great considering the stories I have heard about other point generating sites who never/take forever to reply.

I have been having a problem with Greenpoints. I registered several weeks ago and have yet to receive my promised password via e-mail. I also could not find a CONTACT US area so I wrote via their HELP WANTED section. Has anyone else been having similar problems?

Well, I hate to be a party pooper, but I've been pretty unhappy with one aspect of the greenpoints "experience." When you buy from a merchant, and all items are not immediately available, multiple shipments may be made. In that case, the greenpoints awarded for part 2 over-write the greenpoints for part 1; part 3 over-writes part 2, etc. I've explained this to them repeatedly, in numerous e-mails and phone calls. One instance they fixed, the others they have not -- YET. They claim that I am the only person on the planet experiencing this problem.

According to the "Frequent Flier Crier" that came out last night, S&H will also be coming out with an affinity card ... I'll be looking for it as it would be nice to earn DL miles with a MC/Visa!

I also thought it was interesting that the Crier seemed to put down the earning rate, implying that $12,500 was a lot to have to spend to get 25,000 miles ... 2 miles/dollar doesn't seem that bad to me! Better than Clickrewards offers on many things and better than Milesmall.
