yeelam - now why is it that you won't complain about it. The difference in points in my case is quite substanial - like getting 200 instead of 900. And it happened about 4 times. I called them. E-mail doesn't seem to work. I e-mailed clickrewards, and so far that have added 100 miles correcting 1 error. We'll see if they do the other 3, or if that will take a call. Clickrewards seems to be pretty responsive.
