Conga: Binance Cryptocurrency Exchange
Binance is the 1st/2nd largest exchange for trading cryptocurrencies (it fluctuates). Currently, it has a referral bonus, whereby referees get 50% off trading fees (0.05% - 1/5th of rival Bittrex's trading fees). The referrer gets a % of the trading commission as well:

I just tried to use one of these links and it says that US consumers cannot sign-up on the .com site if you have a .us link you may want to post it instead.
