Benefits
I would say the best benefits are as follows:
I log into only site to see all balances. Its clear when pts/miles have been added to the previous total and how much/many. So if I am waiting for Delta miles, Hilton pts and Hertz upgrades --- I only have to log into one site.
My favorite benefit, however, is receiving alerts when something is about to expire. If I need to buy something from Hawaiian Air shopping in order to save 12,000 orphan miles I get a heads up and it doesn't slip by unnoticed.
There are several other things I like but those two are enough to recommend it.
