You are not really booked on HAM-BGY, it's LBC (Lübeck) -BGY instead
.
Anyway out of that list only the 56.12 EUR qualify for refund, as this is the money that is paid to either the respective goverments or the airport authorities. The various passenger fees (for checking bags & doing an aiport checking plus the credit card surcharge) are invented by Ryanair and are pure revenue for them - thus there are no legal grounds on requesting refunds for these.
You can try requesting a refund for the 56.12 EUR amount, but Ryanair state here: http://www.ryanair.com/site/EN/faqs....t=unusedflight
that they will deduct some sort of administrative fee for doing this - which I think used to be equal to the whole amount, so in the end you will most probably not get anything back. But feel free to try it - and please report on what happened.

Thanks a lot Flying Fin,
in this case I will not cancel the flight, I was thinking about booking a 99 Euro Lh fee which was announced today in order to start the flight really in Ham and to get really to Milano, well but if it costs that much I will stick with Ryanair.

Yeah, I think you just learned the difference between a decent carrier and Ryanair... The LH 99 EUR fares are great - the base fare is something like 1-2 EUR, all the rest is various surcharges (mainly fuel) and taxes, which you *DO* get back when canceling. You can treat these tickets as refundable ones with a 1-2 EUR cancellation fee. FlyingLawyer at the LH forum is an expert on this subject matter.
With FR it's a whole different story though... They have questionable business practices as witnessed in this particular case. But they are cheap. And cheerful for most of the time. Unless something goes wrong. Then you're on your own.

sorry I forgot to mention that the price mentioned above is for 2 persons, so it would be an additional 200 euros.
Further I have to go to rovigo, which is anyhow far away from both airports malpensa and bergamo...

When I book FR, it's always on a "throw away" basis, that is, I know that if I can't make the trip, I will just throw the tickets (electronic as they may be) away. They're so cheap that this is what they expect you to do (and there's no alternative anyway).
In February I had FR tickets for DUB-MAN-DUB which I couldn't use, so I just let them go without any quibble. After all, the total cost was less than GBP 30.
I had to change my arrangements slightly so I booked EI DUB-MAN, LS BLK-ALC and EI ALC-DUB. Much nicer airlines anyway.
Ryanair is really the pits (basically a mobile gambling hall), but is cheap as.

Trying to get money out of Ryanair is like trying to squeeze blood from a stone.
They are best avoided in the first place !
I wish they would go belly up instead of Maxjet, EOS and probably soon Silverjet ...
