Does RyanAir require COVID test or COVID certificate?

I am flying between two EU countries. Neither has ANY restrictions or requirements for the COVID documentation. Per TIMATIC, all I need is passport/national EU ID.

However, RyanAir prominently says as per below "Do not forget to bring your EU Digital COVID Certificate (digital/paper) or negative Covid-19 test results with you to the airport."

Do I need to take COVID test and/or have vaccine certification? Whose requirement is this?

I would read that as "to the extent that covid documents are required, make sure to bring them"

Apr 2021 - int flight between 2 countries that lifted all restrictions - Certs not checked at the gate

Did the webpage ask for documentation even though certifications were not needed or checked

FR don't ask for anything more than the respective Governments of the origin and destination. Plenty of European countries have dropped all restrictions.

I'm flying DUB-GLA next week and the FR App is asking for Covid documentation to be uploaded despite there being no requirement for UK passport holders (or any other nationality for that matter) to show any Covid-related documentation to enter the UK.
