URGENT: Same Day Visa Needed. Possible?
Finally, at 5:00 today, I got my visa support letter from my hotel despite days and days of asking. The problem is my flight departs tomorrow. Is it possible to get a same day visa anywhere? In NY, DC? At one ILS location? Russian Consulate in Europe during my layover? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

This agency in Germany http://www.russland-visum.eu/ offers Russian visa in three hours. Not sure if this works for folks not resident in Germany though.
