Codeshare flights not posting correctly?

A genuine Aeroflot Bonus question for a change :

I've had to submit a few retroactive milage claims via manual processing. Almost all of these have been Air France codeshares, ( either with KL or DL). It seems that either SU is not picking these up properly or the KL/DL/AF JVs don't want to pay Aeroflot for the miles. I'm more inclined to believe the latter.

I of course saved all the boarding passes. I wondered if anyone else is having this problem. I sent these over for review " 30 days"

Hi OpenSky,
I had the same issue with Shanghai airlines, a subsidiary of China Eastern.

After submitting boarding pass and copy of the eticket it took 3 working days for the miles to post on my Aeroflot Bonus account.

I'm still waiting for mine. A few were approved. It seems that the SU Bonus auto crediting system has a problem with codeshares, almost all codeshares I have flown have had to be manually submitted. Good thing I saved all the boarding passes ( paper)

SU flights however, sometimes credit before I land! ( but after I depart of course)

And I believe FM used to be Star. Imagine the confusion….

Update : Flights posted after about 3.5 weeks. I guess I would advise members to keep the old boarding passes, especially if its partners with a codeshare.

I basically have had to do manual submission for codeshare flights.
