Lyft at MIA , app guides riders to rogue pickup location
Following the airport signs for rideshare services I walked to the gate 23 of level 1 arrivals, where the driver was sent to the upper level departures gate . The app was also telling me to go to the departures level.
How long has this been happening? There were at least 2 more riders waiting for their drivers like me.
When my driver called I told him that I am waiting at the designated pickup spot downstairs, and he made another round to pick me up without complaining.
