Lyft in Miami

Is it just me, or do most drivers in Miami have a borderline deactivation rating? I've taken about a dozen Lyft rides so far this week, and they're all rated 4.5-4.6. Besides one really bad ride, the rest of them were OK, and I gave them all 5 stars.

So, why do these drivers have such poor ratings?

some probably earn it.....
Improper and unreasonable ratings from passengers do hurt good Lyft drivers though. If the driver is friendly, ride is safe, and car is clean, give a 5 please. I had a few passys ding me for driving a pickup, say it's too high. Duh people if you don't want a truck canx the ride and call a new one, don't gripe cause you chose it.
