Sexual assault by Uber driver reported to police
A woman was picked up by Uber in downtown Minneapolis, but the reports aren't clear about whether it was just an Uber vehicle cruising, whether she had ordered the ride through the Uber app, whether the guy really was an Uber driver, etc.
They're warning everyone to check the vehicle's license number and to compare the driver to his photo. The police are also urging people to call 9-1-1 if something seems wrong. Other suggestions including contacting someone to let them know when you are expected to arrive, etc.
