IDINE for children??
Does anyone else do Idine for thier kids?
I have a problem - my son's miles had not been posting and (my bad) I did not read the T&C carefully that they must be 18 years old (he is not). They said that they could not talk not to me only the account holder and I told them that would be difficult since he was only 4. Apparently they put this note in our record and moved him back to a tier 2 instea of tier 1 earning level.
He had over 4000 miles waiting to post for December - what should I do? Ask that they move the miles to me?
Any suggestions???
Thanks

Ouch!
I'd e-mail or call - calling might be best, on a mid-weekday morning, putting on your "nice" demeanor and voice, state you had not read the T&C carefully and etc. etc. seeing if you can get some miles credited to your account.
Whose CC did your son use?

I just used one of our credit cards - we accumulate enough miles with flying, but since he doesn't go very often he needed some miles to top off his account for the award level.

I put my two of my three credit cards into my son's and daughter's FF program, as well as left one CC in my own name. All three have posted with no problems.
I think I would have skipped telling idine that there was a 4 year old on the account, and just spoke for him.
