Problems with iDine webpage?

So, last night I was receiving error messages indicating that their server was down.

I check back today... webpage is up, but now I've lost all but 3 of my dines in the past 2 months.

Anyone else having a problem? Or are they trying to tell me something

They must be "enhancing" our experience behind the scenes.

I also noticed this today. Two dines from early August aren't showing up on the website even though they posted already to my FF account. I hope this isn't their way of getting out of the 250 bonus AA miles per dine under the current promotion. Under my messages it shows they sent me a message about each dine, but when I click on it, the original message itself is not available.

The website was completely out of commission last night. They're probably updating. As long as the miles post to your FF account...that's what matters. Even if they were to wipe out your dining history on the idine site, you should have all the receipts from the dines incurred during the promo period anyways...in case they don't post to your FF account. You might also want to print out the page on the site touting the promo, and save the confirmation email you received when you registered for the promo. Just in case...

All of my August dines that had posted are missing (although I have email confirmations.) I tried calling the 800 number on the website. "Due to severe weather conditions the toll free number you have dialed is temporarily out of service."

Their website now says, "Our Member Services center is located in South Florida. Because of the Tropical Storm/Hurricane, you may experience delays in our response to your emails and phone calls. We apologize for the inconvenience."

My account is up, but I am missing (at least) one of my dines from August.

I am dining using the UA promo (up to 8 dines for 3000 bonus miles) - which does not have a minimum charge for the "qualifying dines". (No $15 or $25 minimum.) On 1 day, I went to restaurant A for soda, restaurant B for lunch and restaurant A later that day. My account shows restaurant B and restaurant A - but only for the first dine.

I have all the receipts from this promo. After a while if they don't post, I'll contact idine to get credit.

BTW - The idine CS is in (I think) Miami - or around there. So it does look like Hurricane Katrina will affect us all.

Give IDINE a break. There office is in the area with power problems

I think they're trying to keep going under very damp circumstances.

Followed up this week on a 8/08 fax-in, about a 7/23 dine still showing 'pending':
Fri, 2 Sep 2005
We apologize for the delay for the information to appear on our website.
Due to technical difficulty faced after Hurricane Katrina we are currently in the process of correcting all issues.

Sincerely,
Cary Garcia

Kinda wonder how many other folks in their building are still having 'hurricane issues' ??
