Idine stock at 52 week low. Anyone know why?

This morning IRN (Rewards Network) - new name for Idine Rewards Network - is trading at $7.90 which is a 52 week low. It has been declining for several months from about $10 last December. It is not apparent to me why this is happening. Any thoughts?

If you read other threads in this forum, you'll see that they are having trouble retaining/attracting restaurants, while preserving the current diner reward structure. Perhaps there is a sentiment that they are likely to cause a negative impact to one side of that equation no matter which course they choose?
