Has anyone ever flown Singapore Airlines in Business and 1st intra-Asia? What sort of Kosher meal was served?

You'll probably get Hermolis (frozen) - I have some pix here but that's only on the SIN-KUL shuttle. However, you can see that even on this 35 min flight they weren't gonna let me go hungry (OK, I was in F class).
The photos of the meals on the LHR-SIN SQ flight show the fresh meals out of LHR (also Hermolis), so don't expect that level of quality and quantity!

I have ordered Kosher meals on airlines to avoid shellfish (I have a severe allergy). Singapore gives you a long list of choices on types of meals. Check the WEB site. As they have my allergy in my profile, I now have a greater number of choices both Kosher and non-Kosher. Singapore airlines is very sensitive on food issues.
And very helpful.

Yes, I just flew SQ in 1st from JFK-FRA and they served a new and (very) improved version of the Regal meal. I did not have dinner, but the Breakfast was pretty impressive, though not yet up to Hermoles standards

any reason Singapore airlines couldn't order KSML flying PVG-SIN? I called and they were unable to do so. Still have plenty of time to try again, but am puzzled as they have ordered it on much shorter flights. anyone have experience with this?

Go online and look at your passenger profile for Singapore airlines and then at your reservation. There should be places in both to indicate your food needs and desires.

Just to give on-topic response re Kosher meals on Singapore Airlines; on a recent trip I got;
From ATH-SIN in business, Stogel long-life, Say no more, as expected...
From SIN-SYD in first, Hermolis frozen - lots of food but I didn't find it very tasty (eg cod with salmon filling). Same as business class I think.
From SYD-SIN in business, Lewis's frozen, pretty good. Loads of food - 4 full meals for a 7 hour flight (they cater 2 business class meals for each of lunch and snack to allow a choice of mains at each!)
From SIN-ATH in business, Hermolis frozen - lots of food but I didn't find it very tasty. Same as from SIN-SYD with extra hot entree.
Overall not terribly impressed TBH. Have had better.
PS have also had stogel long life on Lufthansa and Thai in First, and many others in business.

Also, it could have been longlife not frozen (as was my outbound meal).
Thirdly, Singapre does have several kosher vendors (even if none of them currently produce meals), so I don't think it's superfluous to say that it was frozen.
FWIW, I have had excellent FRESH kosher airline meals (not frozen) from, amongst others, Sydney, Frankfurt, London, Tel Aviv, Vienna, Zurich, Bangkok and Hong Kong. All made same day (or previous) .

Tel Aviv isnt always fresh either, try flying out a day or 2 after Pesach you will still get a Kosher for Pesach meal. The only way to know for sure its Fresh is if theres a salad on the tray. I know Hermolis delivers almost everyday, but Ive been in the BA F lounge and been told they havent gotten any meals in a few days and they ran out earlier in the day from what they had on hand, How true that was I dont know but thats what I was told
I think the Only 2 mkts where theres enough of a demand to actually have Fresh meals daily is NY and TLV. Not saying they arent available elsewhere just that the demand isnt there.
