I believe the KSML on ITA are the same as on Iberia from Rustichelli. The food is rather ordinary nothing as bad as Stogel.

Iberia use Rustichelli ex-MAD and also on short ex-EU. It is under the hashgacha od Rabbi Ben Zion Rabinowitz of Lugano. It is deemed a trustworthy hechsher.

Hello Guys! Long, long time lurker, first time poster. I have a flight with AF in Premium Economy (CDG-ICN) coming up and am wondering: which provider they use and what sort of food can be expected? Also, any idea about kosher food in the lounges in CDG?

Two different recent flights United didn’t have kosher meals for IAH-UIO and back, even though the reservation agent let us choose one a month ago, and it was on the flights paperwork

is that not a route they support? Anyway to know that for a future?

We are okay eating the normal vegetarian option, so we were fine, but curious…

No idea the answer to your question, but for me this would be an oppurtunity to hopefully pocket some free miles by sending a complaint.

Flying from IAH, one should be able to get a KSML so that is maybe worth complaining about. But Kosher from UIO is almost non-existent and I know that BA don't provide KSML's on their flights from UIO. So it may not be the fault of United that you never got a KSML from UIO due to limited facilities.

From memory, Air France does not provide Kosher meals in the lounge, however it is always worth asking. From my last flight from Paris with Air France, I got a Kosher meal provided by Rabbi Wolff from Amsterdam. Please let us know if that has changed.

Emirates MEL-DXB business class - food was from Unger Catering in Melbourne - basically inedible (best item was the canned peaches).

Complaints filed (again) to Emirates and in addition via in-flight purser

What is that wrapped on the tray? red cabbage with potato? or egg?

Was it any good, and was it warmed up for you?

Thanks!

Red Cabbage with chicken.
I found it OK, although it was served cold.
