Has anyone every stayed here?
Is it a nice place? Is it worth it to try to upgrade to one of the better rooms.

It is a new hotel. I have not stayed there but have been inside it. It looks more like a hotel than a resort imho. The location is good if you are looking for seaworld. I believe that if you are looking for a resort in SA, the better choices are the hyatt hill country (next to the radisson) and westin la cantera...they tend to be more expensive but both are a 'true resort'
