Radisson App not working?

Radisson App not working?

I’m trying to book two stays on the Radisson App to get a decent “App only” rate but it has refused four cards of mine when I try.

Has anyone booked successfully on the app, recently?

EDIT: deleting and reinstalling the app seem to fix the problems.

I'm currently having an issue where I get the dreaded "Payment Gateway Error" trying to make a booking with an element of redeeming points. Funnily enough, no such error occurs when you try to pay the whole thing in cash. I'm trying not to be too cynical!

So called "VIP Exclusive Call Line" remains useless to try and connect to. Maybe this is one of those that magically fixes itself after a couple of days.

No luck for me, both points and card payment failed. both mine and my wife's app...
