EDIT: deleting and reinstalling the app seem to fix the problems.
I'm currently having an issue where I get the dreaded "Payment Gateway Error" trying to make a booking with an element of redeeming points. Funnily enough, no such error occurs when you try to pay the whole thing in cash. I'm trying not to be too cynical!
So called "VIP Exclusive Call Line" remains useless to try and connect to. Maybe this is one of those that magically fixes itself after a couple of days.
