Can't login. Security code never comes

Can't login. Security code never comes
I'm so fed up with the Radisson website. I thought I had this all sorted out after multiple phone calls of length and now I try to login and it says to enter the security code sent to the phone number and I never receive it. Does anyone have a phone number to call form the US. The only ones listed are from other countries. Or if anyone has any other suggestions. I'm ready to pull my hair out here!!!

Same exact problem here. Security code never comes, and there is NO email or customer service telephone number for people residing in the United States, apparently.
Honestly thinking of just abandoning the program. The points have been devalued to about .025 cents anyway, and if they don't care for United States customers to the point where they provide nothing whatsoever by way of access or service, I don't want to give them another penny of my business.

UPDATE: I finally got this working!!! I had to call 011442031960494 which is the UK customer service number. Within 10 minutes he was able to merge my husbands two accounts into one and close the account we couldn't log into. i verifiied that I was able to login. I have been working on this for two fricking years and am ecstatic that I finally got some help! Good luck to all!
