Same exact problem here. Security code never comes, and there is NO email or customer service telephone number for people residing in the United States, apparently.
Honestly thinking of just abandoning the program. The points have been devalued to about .025 cents anyway, and if they don't care for United States customers to the point where they provide nothing whatsoever by way of access or service, I don't want to give them another penny of my business.
