Signed Up for the Wrong Program -How to Resolve?
I stayed 11 nights total with two different stays in a Radisson hotel in FL this year. I signed up for the Radisson Rewards non-USA program as at the time I did not realize that there was a separate US program. I gave the front desk my Radisson Rewards number and she accepted it and never said hey that is an incorrect number. Therefore I did not think anything of it.
I go to log into the Radisson Rewards non-USA program to find that none of my stays posted from this year. Since I wasn't a USA Rewards program member at the time (although I am sure I signed up for a program back in the 90s) I don't believe I can post those stays automatically with the missing stay app. What if any recourse would I have at this point?

First, when were your stays? Second, if you haven't already contacted Radisson Americas, do it. They'll tell you if they can credit you for the stays or if you're SOL. If your stays were relatively recent, they might be lenient/generous, especially with the confusion of the program split.

They were in March and June. I didn't think much of it and didn't even think to review it until I kept getting spammed from Radisson about sales and such. So I caved and compared some upcoming stays with Radisson; comparing some Radisson properties as I hadn't considered them in the past. I took a look over here and realized that there were two programs. I will give them a call. Thought I would just come over here and see if someone had already experienced a similar issue.
