Points stays
I had a few points stays at a couple of properties in Germany. I have been told that these stays are not eligible for stay credits as on points.
I had earned all stay credits for past points stays, have they changed T&Cs recently? I was also told that I did not earn anything for both paid and points stays (I had a two-night stay, one paid & the other points) as it's considered as one two-night points stay. I am not sure what thay are talking about.

I've had this issue in the past as well, the trick is to ensure you change something to the room during the stay and then you have a non zero bill so it tends to force the matter
All stays paid in cash (subject to the rate being a public rate), cash+points or points earn nights
Not Dresden by any chance? The Park Inn there is notorious for not awarding nights on award stays (its very good value on points) I gave up chasing as I'm on 84 nights and possibly 15 more to come...

No, it's the Radisson Cologne. One was with the Radisson Dusseldorf Scandinavia but immediately sorted. Remaining 4-5 nights (both paid & points stays) had not been credited at all. But the Radisson CS rang me yesterday and we went through all missing stays one by one. Two need to be authorised(?), so have been pending. The other stays were added during the call.
Maybe this is typical to German properties...?

Never had an issue at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia, always a little bit slow posting but they appear. Going there next week...
Had it happen in Stockholm once, but that was weeks after the rules changed to allow night earning on points stays
