Can you upgrade an award flight bought using avios?
I've got an outbound flight I booked using QA avios to Doha on Nov 17 but I can't find a way to upgrade it.

For an award ticket, it's not an upgrade but a rebooking.

That's a bummer. I didn't wanna splurge and spend 140k avios on SFO-Doha flight. I felt like 70k was gonna be enough.
