"Qatar Pacific" Premium Economy
Hi all -
Got an upcoming flight DOH-MLE on an ex-Cathay Pacific plane where we are seated in the Premium Economy cabin (labeled Comfort + interestingly on the seat map). Any idea what this is like on these flights? Standard economy service with a better seat? Or something else...
Thanks!

I'm emerald as well, but my wife who was booked on a different locator isn't. Shes only Ruby. So wondering if Ruby is free. The Qatar Seats is showing $125. She is Ruby with BA but it was booked with AA miles. I cant seem to change her FF through RJ dot com.
So wondering if the seats becomes free at 48 hours.

No guarantees this will work but it's worth a try (it worked for me): go to the Finnair website MMB and try to remove the existing FFP number there, then use RJ.com to add the BA Ruby back on.

Anyone without status had the chance to take those seats for free 48 hours or at check-in? Flying ZRH - DOH in 10 days, no upgrade offer so far, and I tempted to try my luck with those premium economy seats.

The website never did offer them for free. At checkin, I asked, but they were already full. But the agent indicated that she would have given them to me for free. I was so late that I barely made the flight, though.

I have the same experience, website show all seats (Confort + or preferred) as paid option during web check.in. Not sure how you can select those seats. I try to ask through Twitter if the can assign them for me, but no reply. I think my last hope will be during the bagage drop.
