PCR Test for QR flight out of GRU / Brazil with final destination to UK
I checked the QR website and it states test is required upon arrival for GRU-DOH one way while no test is required if check for GRU-LHR one way.
The website also mentioned Brazil outbound flights require PCR test 96 hours before the flight.
Can I please check if anyone has done a QR transit flight out of Brazil lately and confirm a PCR negative test is definitely needed even if I’m only transmitting through Doha?

It is a Qatar Airways requirement that ALL passengers departing from Brazil will need a PCR Covid test issued within 96 hours prior flight departure (to Doha) by a Qatar Airways authorised laboratory.

You need a PCR test 96h before departure.
As you do not plan to enter Qatar, no other test is required.
Of course, UK restrictions could change.
