I don't know what happened when you clicked the link but this a mail sent by Qatar Airways that I have received.
Also, this promotion is still valid and being discussed in this thread: Save 50% when you gift or buy miles - 2 days only (ends Dec 15 2020)!
Your account might be hacked and the data might be stolen through somewhere else. When I signed in to my QRPC account through the link in the exact same e-mail, it directed me to the promo page and I did some searches for award tickets.

The big problem here is this part:
That last part means it's not only the envelope sender you need to worry about.
