Award Booking Available but unable to upgrade
Hey All,
I see award bookings open for LAX/DOH/CCU on March 15th in J. It Is also bookable thru AA, CX, BA etc.
But if I try to upgrade a Y ticket (it is eligible for upgrade), it says no seats available.
Any idea what is the issue?

Had this too last week. I just contacted Privilege Club through their contact function the app. Sub topic was something like Redeem. They replied quite quick that they had one seat available I replied that I would live to take the seat and booking was done by them one day later.
