What sort of meals can I expect when flying Long-Haul Business?
The Business Class meals served are of a far higher quality than those served by most other airlines.
This thread contains photos of actual Menus and/or Wine Lists as well as photos of the food. Discussion about Business Class food is to be found at business class food discussion

What is the menu for my flight?
Look at the index below and see if there is a recent menu for your flight.

There is no menu for my flight. What do I do?
If you are unable to find a menu relevant to your flight, find a QR flight which departs at a similar time to yours, and of a similar length.

Can I rely upon these menus being available when I fly?
No for a number of reasons
1 QR change their menus frequently, so you may be in luck and find the specific options for your flight.
2 Where there is more than one flight a day to a destination the menu varies according to the time of day. Who wants breakfast on an evening flight?
3 Menus may vary from destination to destination due to flight time, number of meals served, local culture etc.

The 2019 menus can all be seen here
The 2018 menus can all be seen here
The 2017 menus can all be seen here
The 2016 menus can all be seen here.
Menus from earlier are mostly using another meals service system and cannot be used to understand the current menus.

At least they do some returning variation of congee and the eggs.

Don‘t know what‘s the current menu in economy. But last November you could order this on QR831:

QR77 DOH - TXL 08.03.2020

appetizer and cheese same like last time. I am no fan of scallops and they only loaded 7x cheese for 26 , so no pics. Wine list same as on QR831, see above.

Thanks for the menu & pics - we appreciate it very much, I know how time consuming it is to post them!
Wow - so it's true, the Bordeaux that I really liked 2 years ago is back on rotation - QR must have been storing it deep in their wine caves in DOH :P

Will be taking the same flight this summer to TXL, such a pity I won't get to see the new airport ... next time I guess!

Will be posting menus + pics of my JFKSIN flight last week - sadly I did not get the same wine menu as you
P/S I don't like the new champagnes that QR serves now .. it's a definite downgrade, just like SQ with the LP champagnes on board
And the term "Discovery" wines just screams "Buck a Chuck" to me (Trader Joe's .. LOL)

Nice pics!
We should start a new thread for Y Menus, especially with the roll-out of the new Quisine, it's a step up from the previous Y offering.
I'm always fascinated with the food in the back of the bus .. if it's done good, then the meals up front will be for sure!

Talking QR 702 JFK-DOH Y, QR 942 DOH-SIN J menus & meals (incl. LSML)

New Quisine + menu, also 2 LSML meals I pre-ordered
I asked to try something from the main menu & both times, there was only the Indian veg option left. It was salty!
The beef stew meal was highly popular!
The LSML was the fish with rice & the plain eggs for b/fast
The other 2 were the Indian veg options - beans with rice & some sort of paneer cheese in a curry / spicy sauce
I was tired & I prolly was just looking forward to spreading out on the row of 3 seats & laying down to sleep - that explains why there was no pic of the breakfast menu ...

The 1st section of the Y cabin
was kept almost empty for "weight & Balance" issues, while the 2nd cabin was pretty packed.
The ones who figured it out moved toward the front after take off - the check in staff had told me this already so I didn't even take my original seat (31A)
But it was pretty amusing to see the 3 guys behind me stay in their seats the entire duration of the flight, even after I told the guys that they are free to take an empty seats.
One of them tried to lay down but he came back after 30 mins, I guess he preferred the warmth of his traveling buddies ..
QR Y has comfortable seats, decent meals, & excellent service, so it's really not as terrible as traveling on the US3 ... the same goes for SQ & CX (except for their 10 abreast 777's ... eekkk)

Apologies but I think I forgot to take a pic of the J menu! I was giddy from the excitement of having no other pax around me & a double bed QSuite all to myself
Mushroom soup, some steam or boiled fish for my LSML, overcooked asparagus laid on top of something I seriously cannot remember (but it's not chicken for sure - I don't usually order the chicken) , tuna salad or something like that ...

Red wine & champagne menu - no idea why I didn't take a pic of the reds & the rest ..
The whites were nothing to write home about ... and so were the reds, probably

No problem at all with taking pics and posting them. In times when flying much the movie selection getting boring fast and taking pics keeps me occupied.

Sorry to destroy your hopes on the Bordeaux but last sunday Chateau Batailley was already gone again and replaced with Chateau La Marzelle.
