Assuming you mean Fifth Freedom Flights, there are a couple in Africa - one being to Dar es Salaam, and another to Zanzibar I believe...but I'm no expert on this topic!

They do these addons, but unsure if they have any firth freedom rights to sell on seats on them: EBB-KGL, JRO-ZNZ and I think JNB-CPT and RAK-RBA. Also, JRO-ZNZ and RAK-RBA are domestic, and that may technically make them 8th freedom if there are seats sold om them.

I've done PNH-SGN and BKK-HAN-BKK flights before (without continuing onto DOH in either case).
In fact, my first ever QR experience was a BKK-HAN-BKK return in 2012 and I was so impressed with QR's B777 on that quick trip that I shortly afterwards moved as much of my flying over to QR as possible

I booked the GRU-EZE segment as part of a larger AA award from the US to EZE. Needless to say, it was a very luxurious way to end the journey, much better than what I would've gotten on LATAM!

As purple1addict mentions, PNH-SGN fully bookable on the QR website. Heavily promoted here in PNH on website and off it thru OTAs, QR office, etc..

I think the friendlier term for 8th freedom is consecutive cabotage

You can get an idea of routes by looking at http://www.qatarairways.com/dk/en/route-map.page. This will not give a comprehensive list but will give many such flights.

And then there is the imaginary SIN-BKK-BGO that I always wish for. I also see that I wrote "firth freedom" in my previous post. I am unsure how I connected freedoms of transportation to Scottish waterways, but I'm sure there is a link.
But to summarize:
EBB-KGL *
JRO-ZNZ -
RAK-CMN -
JRO-ZNZ -
JNB-DUR -
MPM-CPT -
PNH-SGN *
BKK-HAN *
GRU-EZE *
*) known bookable.
-) doesn't seem bookable
So it seems 5th freedom flights are bookable, 8th freedom flights are not bookable in general.
