Moved from bassinet seat
Hi everyone,
We are travelling LHR-DOH tomorrow with my wife and an infant in J on an A380. I have requested (and got confirmation) the bassinet seat a few weeks in advance, only to find out that my wife's seat assignment has been changed today. After almost an hour on the phone being switched from one customer service agent to another, they have said her original (bassinet) seat is greyed out in their system, and they can't even tell if anyone is sitting there or not. By the looks of it the flight is full in J, so I would imagine somebody is. Has this happened to anyone on this board before / any strategies of addressing it at the airport?
Thanks a lot in advance for your suggestions.

Very strange. Haven't got any personal experience of this, but would get to the airport early to sort it if QR aren't playing ball over the phone - It's likely that the flight is under airport control now and that may be the issue.
Let us know how it goes, good luck.
