BA have just posted the Avios earning table for QR flights:

Too bad we don't earn Qpoints for BA flights yet, but I assume this will take effect once QR joins OW?

Of course, once QR is in oneworld, you should earn Qpoints on all oneworld airlines (with the possible exception of some of the cheaper economy tickets on some/all airlines).
