How do I get through? I am simply ignored

I experienced some difficulties. I have written emails to both

[email protected]

After one month of waiting for any response my patience is wearing rather thin.

Is anyone able to suggest how I may be able to elicit a response?

For the escalated issue, you may send email to the social media team at [email protected]

Of course telephone was my first action. The call centre advised they were unable to deal with such an enquiry, I had to email.

A few more weeks go by, no one answers.

It might take up to three months before you get a reply as I did experience before with Qatar Airways
