No lining up for the loo!

http://www.smh.com.au/articles/2004/...268036714.html

Or congregating anywhere for that matter. So where does this leave the new bar area for the J cabin?

I don't suppose there is ever a line for the loo in the premium cabins apart from just prior to landing but the Y cabins could be interesting. Perhaps they should have a number system like at the food hall - grab a ticket and watch for your number to display.

I can hear the new announcement from the CSM
"Flight attendants, arm doors and cross check. Passengers, up yours and cross your legs."

I'm sure this is just a conspiracy between the flight deck crew and the "authorities" so that the lazy sods up front don't have to keep adjusting the trim of the aircraft (just joking about the "lazy sods").

I have been on a flight where the crew asked numerous people down the back in the toilet queue to resume their seats because the pilot was running out of trim adjustment.

Except that when busy , there could be a queue for the ticket machine. Ahhh... where would we be without the paranoid US and their attempts to create laws extra territorially.

They are just going to have to increase the size of the amenities bags and include bed pans now..

What's worse - people congregating around the toilets or people constantly walking up and down the aisles to the toilet only to be beaten at the last minute by another pax?

The new J bar ? According to the FAs on my first Skybed flight, it was going to be removed. More because the FAs could not control how much people drink, than anything else.

Please know that not everyone here in the USA has gone insane. Admittedly many have, with much help from the federal gov't in Washington, which regularly fans the flames of paranoia (it fits in with Bush's political goals, doesn't it?). But at least a few of us here still have our wits about us. Let's just hope that someday we can laugh when we tell our grandkids about the time that people had gone so mad that they were afraid of standing line to use the toilet.

No it is when the turkeys over there go totally ga ga and overboard and start fingerprinting and photographing all innocent tourist visitors I 'll agree they have finally lost the plot.
