"I don't suppose there is ever a line for the loo in the premium cabins apart from just prior to landing but the Y cabins could be interesting. Perhaps they should have a number system like at the food hall - grab a ticket and watch for your number to display."

Except that when busy , there could be a queue for the ticket machine. Ahhh... where would we be without the paranoid US and their attempts to create laws extra territorially.
