QF Books

I can't find this in the master thread, so thought I'd start one myself

I found a good site tonight at Fastbooks with a few different books about QF - http://www.fastbooks.com.au/Qantas.html
which got me wondering how many other books are there out there regarding QF.

An Amazon search found me a few like A Tradition of Integrity: The Story of Qantas Engineering and Maintenance , The Defeat of Distance: Qantas, 1919-1939 , High Corridors , Challenging Horizons , Wings To The World , and a whole stack of others

So I suppose what I'm wondering is how many books are there available on QF, how many of you have read them, and how many of them actively seek them out for purchase?

I'm surprised that QP's don't have them as available merchandising for sale. I can understand that some may be quite critical of the company, but especially those by Hudson Fysh you would suggest to be very positive and available for sale.

The newsagency inside the SYD QC has a large display of the current book. I understand all QF employees recieved a copy last year as part of QF's Anniversary. I forget the name of the book now but someone here will prompt me.

Would this be an appropriate thread in which to boast that I have a signed first edition of Hudson Fysh's "Qantas Rising"?

Yes, but it was adapted from a book. True story too, I heard.
