New Claim Missing Points function online

ok, I'm sure this is new today. As I checked my balance this morning it wasn't there. Now it is...

"You can claim missing points if you have not received your Qantas Frequent Flyer points for travel on eligible flights on Qantas and some Qantas partner airlines flown in the last 12 months. Claims will be processed within approximately 3 working days for Qantas flights and 10 working days for Qantas partner airline flights.

Have your Boarding Pass or travel documentation handy to enter your flight details, and retain this documentation until your claim has been processed.

All claims for missing points, whether successful or not, will be shown on your online Activity Statement."

I can't see BA, CX or AA and other OW partners in the list.

Yeah I agree..what the heck? all dodgy airlines at that.



Interesting feature, not what I would prioritise as #1, but good none the less.

In no particular order my list would be:

# upgrade requests with instant notification
# change/select seating online
# referral program for FF and qantas club
# online check in

Well given that confirmed upgrades are going the way of the dodo, there's not much chance of the 1st one and you already can refer people to QFF and QP memberships, there's just no payout for doing it

OLCI would be useful but , for me, there's no benefit for online seating changes since I only ever want to do the exit seats and that requires a call to seating
