question concerning fare class for Qantas web deals
Hello all,
I was wondering if someone could tell me what the fare class would be of the fares found here: http://www.qantasusa.com/webDeals/252
I'm a Continental OnePass FF, and would like to credit these miles to that account, but would like to earn EQM's (CO's Elite Qualifying Miles, needed to earn elite status) for this flight.
Is this a pretty reasonable fare? I've never really checked out fares to Australia before, and am not sure how these fares stack up. Also, from what other gateway cities do you think that Qantas will offer discounted fares?

Seems like a pretty cheap fare to me.

QF Flights Do NOT Earn CO EQM
Be careful. The CO <--> QF relationship is kind of screwy. You will earn miles on QF, but only if it's on the same ticket as your paid QF ticket that takes you over the water from a North America departure city.
Further, if you do earn miles, you will NOT get CO EQM, or CO bonuses for that matter.
